Welcome to the 4th Edition of Pickleball Palooza – Team Wars

Get ready for an adrenaline-packed weekend as Pickleball Palooza returns with a brand new format — Team Wars. For the first time in Delhi NCR, we’re introducing a team-format tournament open to both men and women players. Whether you're a seasoned pro or an enthusiastic beginner, this event is for you.

Team Information

This ticket is valid for a team of 3 players.

Team format and eligibility are as follows:

Men’s Teams

  • Total Teams: 16

  • Team Composition: 3 players (1 player aged 35+, 2 players aged 19+)

Women’s Teams

  • Team Composition: 3 players (age mix allowed)

Match Format

  • 15-rally points per match

  • Golden point rule applies at 14-14

  • Each tie includes 3 doubles matches

  • Each player must participate in 2 of the 3 matches within a tie

Tournament Format

Men’s Event

Group Stage:

  • 16 teams divided into 4 groups (A, B, C, D)

  • Round-robin matches within each group

  • Tie outcome based on total points scored minus total points conceded

Knockout Stage:

  • Top 2 teams from each group move to quarterfinals

Quarterfinals:

  • QF1: A1 vs D2

  • QF2: B1 vs C2

  • QF3: C1 vs B2

  • QF4: D1 vs A2

Semifinals:

  • SF1: Winner of QF1 vs Winner of QF2

  • SF2: Winner of QF3 vs Winner of QF4

Finals:

  • Winners of both semifinals face off for the championship

Women’s Event

  • 3 teams compete in a round-robin format

  • Each tie has 3 doubles matches

  • Every player plays in 2 matches

  • The team with the best performance wins

Terms & Conditions

General Rules:

  • One ticket per team (3 players)

  • Official pickleball and padel rules apply

  • Sportsmanship and fair conduct are mandatory

  • The tournament will follow a round-robin and knockout structure

  • Service point rules will be used throughout

  • Participants may only compete in either pickleball or padel, not both

Weather Contingency:

  • In case of bad weather, the event will be postponed to the following weekend

  • All updates regarding rescheduling will be communicated in advance

Registration:

  • Registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is postponed due to weather

  • No refunds will be issued within 72 hours of the event

Liability:

  • Participants join at their own risk

  • The organizers are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage during the event

  • The event structure is subject to change at the discretion of the organizers
